Most products are brand new, but we do carry a few reconditioned electronics, and used books. If a product is not brand new then it will be listed as Factory Reconditioned in the begining of the decription. Here are the companys definition of Factory reconditions and Brand new: Brand New: Products that are described as "New" are products that have never been used and still in their original factory packaging. These items come complete with manuals and original accessories. Factory Reconditioned: Factory Reconditioned products are restored to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center. In addition, these products typically come with the added advantage of a manufacturer warranty. These unused items have been returned to original manufacturers for various reasons: use in field tests, use in sales displays, and cancellations. They are then cleaned, quality checked and tested twice. They are also serviced, if needed, in the original manufacturer's certified refurbishing center. Here are some frequently asked questions and statistics about reconditioned Products: Q: What is considered Factory Reconditioned? A: There are lots of things that can label items factory Reconditioned. Some are so frivolous, its laughable. But because consumer laws prevent manufacturers from selling anything considered factory Reconditioned as "new", the second consumer gets the best deal. Here are a few examples: Most major retail superstores offer a 30-day money back guarantee on their products and there are those consumers that just simply take advantage of that. Warranties that are offered vary by product. If a product carries a warranty it will be listed underneath the product description. Most new electronics carry a 1 year warranty Most Refurbished electronics carry a 90 day warranty

what is your Return Policy?
Customer may return most products purchased within twenty (20) days of delivery of the order. Read further for return exemptions. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product or otherwise refund will be issued. Items with manufacturer's defects: Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer. Returns must be in like new condition. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories. Shipping charges are not refundable. More4lessmarketplace accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your returns. We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only. All books are sold on a non-returnable basis RC toys are guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. Lost or damaged packages
more4lessmarketplace insures all packages before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with UPS. To file a claim please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 You will need to provide the tracking number and proof of purchase. For proof of purchase you may use your order confirmation email. ALL Claims must be filed within 21 days or sooner. Claims filed after 21 days will be denied

Our inventory is comprised of remainders, hurts, returns and closeouts from the publishers. Our books are not used but may be ?remainder marked? by the publisher. All the books we sell are completely cleaned and de-stickered prior to shipping.
